Air Fryer Corn on the Cob

Making air fryer corn on the cob couldn’t be easier, and the result is delicious, tender corn that’s also a bit crispy. You don’t have to fire up the grill anymore to get an amazing flavour.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of corn, husked, trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    1. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF / 200ºC.
    2. Mix the olive oil, lime juice, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
    3. Place the corn in the air fryer basket and brush them evenly with the oil mixture.
    4. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you want it slightly charred, cook the corn for 2-3 more minutes, keeping an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
