Cajun Chicken Strips

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Crushed Pork Rind Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Cajun Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cajun Seasoning


  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.

  2. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.

  3. Mix together the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese, 1 ½ tsp. Cajun seasoning and salt and pepper to taste in a separate shallow bowl.

  4. Dip the chicken tenderloins into the egg, and then coat in the pork rind crumb mixture.

  5. Place on a rack in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Raise the temperature to 400 degrees and cook for another 4-5 minutes until crispy and browned.

  7. Mix together all of the ingredients for the dipping sauce in a bowl, and serve.
