Juicy Air Fryer Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 12-oz Lamb chops
  • 1 ½ tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 ½ tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ⅜ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, drizzle the lamb chops with olive oil. Season with rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Turn to coat evenly.
  3. Place the lamb chops in the air fryer in a single layer, with the pieces not touching each other, or at most minimally touching. (If your air fryer is too small, cook in two batches.) Cook for 7-8 minutes, turning at 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the air fryer and place on a plate. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

TO STORE: Place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to four days.

TO FREEZE: Place the cooked and cooled chops in a ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to two months.

TO REHEAT: Reheat in the air fryer, oven or skillet.
