Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Chocolate Keto-friendly cookies
  • 1 C. Almond milk unsweetened vanilla
  • ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. Choc Zero Honest Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar free whipped cream

Instructions:

Blend the cookies up in a food processor until they become crumbs.

  1. Add the almond milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sweetener to the food processor or blender, and blend until smooth, creamy and thickened.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses.
  3. Top with sugar free whipped cream, sugar free chocolate syrup and extra cookie crumbles if desired before serving.
